By downloading or using RideCopilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
RideCopilot is an Android application that reads visible on-screen text from the Uber Driver app and provides real-time decision assistance (TAKE / SKIP / BORDERLINE) to help drivers evaluate trip requests. The app does not automate any actions, interact with Uber's servers, or make decisions on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for every trip decision you make.
RideCopilot offers a free tier (20 decisions/day) and paid Pro ($7.99/month) and Annual ($59.99/year) subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. After payment, you will receive a license key via email. Enter this key in the app to activate your subscription. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you purchase access for the stated period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RideCopilot on your personal Android device. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others.
RideCopilot is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always function correctly, that decisions will always be profitable, or that the app is compatible with all versions of the Uber Driver app. Rideshare platforms may update their apps at any time, which could affect RideCopilot's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideCopilot and its creators are not liable for any lost profits, lost earnings, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
RideCopilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc. or Lyft, Inc. Use of RideCopilot is at your own discretion. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any third-party app complies with that platform's terms of service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
